The Hypocrisy in Business Leaders' Actions vs. Their Politics!

Let's engage in some critical thinking. If the leaders of a non-financially performing company see no problems if they cause their BDC lender to write off tens of millions of dollars in debt because the company's leaders have a failed business strategy, would these leaders also support the paying off of student loans along with increasing welfare for all those who make poor decisions? Or is it only when it's not about them or their falling company that welfare or debt forgiveness is terrible?

Consider this scenario: an industry executive hires a friend to impersonate a mall cop and inform the host of the industry's largest podcast through threats of arrest that he is unwelcome at an industry event. Would this executive also support suppressing political leaders who challenge the status quo? If not, does this not reek of hypocrisy?

What about those who praise our veterans? For some, that is all they talk about. Of course, these same folks have entirely ignored the communist-controlled Lexmark. They don't mind expressing the threats of communist aggression or PRCs, of course, only if those conversations are void of anything related to the print industry. Are these folks sacred of Xi Jinping associates at Lexmark or just hypocrites?

There are so many more examples, but I will end them here. I don't want to be meaner than I have to.

My friends, I have said before, and I will say again: Old men grow up! Sorry, not all of you are old. So, all those with an alternative reality to anything I say, please have the decency to share that counterpoint, and please share it in any format you wish; keep in mind, don't worry about being mean; everyone defines mean differently) the industry would welcome your thought leadership. Of course, I would, too,. Those counterpoints would provide me with more content to discuss,I am sure.

But for the sake of your anxiety, stop crying about Ray being mean, and stop ending your long friendships through text messages with people who engage with my content. I am pretty sure that we all graduated the 2nd grade!

I wish you all a productive and insightful week, whether you're a friend, a frenemy, or, as a 2nd grader would say, you hate my guts!

To start with, I request that the new CEO make it absolutely clear to everyone what position and influence the old CEO still has. Also, clarify what equity ownership remains with him? Or any other senior leaders, either terminated or employed at Visual Edge IT, including yourself.

I believe both Ricoh and Konica Minolta are too weak to be serious contenders. They both seem to be in a perpetual state of on-the-job training. If one listens to their leaders within their industrial business units, one can only recognize hope as the foundation of their business strategy, and we all know that hope doesn't pay the bills!

Now is the time for all Konica Minolta Dealers to consider their future. Dealers with multiple OEM lines, in addition to the Konica Minolta line, maybe should consider eliminating the Konica Minolta line altogether. A dealer could have great leveraging power with their other OEMs if they chose one to replace their Konica Minolta MIF.
