The Lexmark story is valuable, and I hope the past fears of its leaders in speaking the realities connected to leading a subsidiary owned and controlled by the Chinese Communist Government end now, that all of Lexmark's leaders are no longer subjected to the (CCP) Chinese Communist Party policies of submission and silence.
All investments are a risk! However, when a CEO willingly promotes phantom shares or other potentially valuable promises to the rank and file—especially instead of any type of monetary compensation —while knowing the company is not financially performing, I would classify that as a disingenuous and unrealistic CEO. Another description could be a fraud or charlatan.
It's the soldier's cries, torment, or required actions for what became their temporary survival that the fallen soldier spirit hopes those honoring will never have to visualize in the remembrance of their spirit.
Only through the wisdom of the older generations can the younger generations be taught the importance of discipline. As wisdom teaches, no one being disciplined will ever see the niceness in its moment.
I don't see how Bob Goldberg, working for OEMs, can benefit dealers' interests. Bob Goldberg is not the BTA Lawyer he retired and if OEMs engage Bob Goldberg that engagement should not be presented as an engagement through the benefits of BTA dealer members - I believe the Konica Minolta executive was too vague in her description of the retired BTA Lawyer's blessing.
