As Katun celebrates its 1st anniversary in selling MFPs I ask Why? What's the strategy? From the numbers I see GPI the parent company to Katun produces less than $200 Million a year in total revenues and that includes Katun. What does Katun actually think they will accomplish? The marketplace needs consolidations not wannabe OEMs. Katun should also publish their financials in a readable format like all the others and accessible from their website. How can anyone take Katun serious in their aspiration to somehow become a major player in the MFP hardware space? In this episode I share my thinking.

TD SYNNEX is so poised to completely disrupt the reseller services channel! My warning to those MSP who focus on low end contracts and have zero abilities to sell intellect are about to become reality! End-users don't need an MSP business model from 2009. Those who refuse to imagine how they can be defeated will fall to the mercy of those who plan and execute their defeat.

Ares Capital ended their 3rd Qtr.FY 25 yesterday September 30th. I am thinking when they publish their 10 Q We might see another recognized loss regarding Visual Edge IT - If so it could also mean Ares Capital would have taken all the equity in Visual Edge IT. I am thinking that Ares Capital will have some sort of exit from Visual Edge IT in the 4th qtr. Ares Capital has a senior loan with Visual Edge IT which matures in December. There seems to be a lot of puzzle pieces aligning. In today's episode I share my thinking on those puzzle pieces.
