In this continuing story I wanted to share more thoughts on why I believe the Retired BTA Lawyer had zero reasons to bless the new Konica Minolta U.S. Dealer contract. One reason actually comes directly from an article that quoted the retired BTA Lawyer in 2023 warning of the intentions of MEGA Dealers developing national service footprints! It seems he forgot why he was concerned in 2023 when in 2025 he blessed the new KMBS Contract. A new contract which literally open the door for that very activity. As we see MARCO and KMBS causing BIG Concerns with KMBS dealers as KMBS is ripping away from the dealers KMBS national service contracts and giving them to MARCO. I also discuss my concerns of the nepotism regarding the BTA legal service. Also how I see some actors creating good ole boy clubs which I believe to be very threatening to the scrutiny the industry needs as it navigates through its greatest disruption.

After watching an interview with a couple of MARCO leaders one being their CEO regarding MARCO's National Service Footprint I wasn't surprised that the guy with the hat didn't address Konica Minolta Business U.S. Ripping away national accounts from dealers and giving them to MARCO. Instead what I saw was a distraction conversation attempting sell dealers on why dealers should consider using MARCO's national service footprint themselves to facilitate managing the dealers national accounts. To that I think - WTF!!! So in this episode I share more for the dealers to think about. As I see this as a major concern for the overall dealer community which should be addressed. .

share thoughts on Canon 1st qtr. and discuss the potential disaster with Canon as HP Inc print business continues declining. Canon maybe way over optimistic in their believes regarding their HP Inc relationship. Canon also should be concerned that their print business exceeds 55% of the conglomerates revenues and over 80% of the conglomerates total operating profit. Canon has not been able to grow its other business units enough to be considered a successful diversification. I don't believe Canon takes serious its threats.
